Inside Sales Associate / Builder Sales Associate

Pay: $56,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Serves as a guide toward utilizing warranty.

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or related field

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Experience in appliance, electronics, jewelry, or grocery store sales is beneficial

- Proficiency in retail math calculations

- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Word, Excel and Publisher required.

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills;

-Experience in the sales of appliances, lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc... preferred;

Schedule:

Sales associates are scheduled approx. 8 hours per day, Mon-Sat, between 730am and 7pm with a weekday off. We are closed on Sundays.

Ability to commute:

• Fresno, CA 93722: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Requires valid drivers license.
